Michal is the co-founder and Creative Director of a hybrid agency dedicated to long-term effectiveness in communication, Darwin & the Machines, and a branding agency, GoBigName. Previously, he co-founded advertising agencies ZARAGUZA and worked as the Chief Creative Director at Exponea. Michal was featured on the cover of Forbes as the Business Story Competition winner. He was chosen as one of New Europe's 100 most innovative people by Res Publica, Google, Visegrad Fund, and the Financial Times. With more than 200 awards, he is one of the most awarded ad creators in the region.
